Usability
An office design should start with the end in mind. It must be functional. So, it’s essential, to keep in mind, what you’ll be doing and how you’ll be spending your time. What an attorney or consultant would need would be quite different from an online business owner.
For example- are you going to be meeting clients or doing lots of video conferencing? If so, you’ll want to plan for that. In the case of heavy computer usage, you may require two or more computer screens, so you’ll need ample desk or wall space. Do you want a completely paperless office, or do you still need cabinets and drawers for some paper and files? Are bookcases important?
Does your profession require specific equipment that will need a dedicated spot in the office room?

With today’s energy-efficient windows, sliders, and French doors, you can enjoy the view and watch the change of the seasons without getting too warm or too cold.
When considering the location, consider any outside noise or close by neighbors. It’s easy to add extra insulation, solid-core doors, acoustic panels, or soundproofing to ceilings or walls. We can even add outside hedges for privacy screens.
Design & Color
When selecting the perfect color pallet, make sure the paint, finishes, and flooring, go well with your office furniture. And keep in mind that having an office space as uncluttered as possible is critical. Design elements like floating shelves, efficiently laid out desks, built-in bookshelves, and hidden storage is key.
